the opposite of albinism called melanism,a recessive trait where the skin and fur are all black. love it more every time i see it.

And melanistic animals are actually at an advantage, especially in warm weather climates because the darker pigment helps manage heat, where as albino animals, literally cannot be put into sunlight for look due to risk of intense sunburn and/or death.
funfact: wearing black is actually a wise choice, because it absorbs the heat instead of letting the heat get to you.
